| No more xanga for quite a while. O well, at least I will have something to talk about when I write in this thing again. |

| I am home. This weekend has been so long. Friday: woke up at 9AM, drove Lim [mom's friend] to Buchannon to pick her son up from camp and then got back at 4:30. Then I had to babysit Jenny from 5 to 9. She and I watched a movie, played games, and ate. Then bed. Today: woke up around 9 again. Got ready to go to gma's. Left around 11:30-12. Got there and watched Grant and Kayley swim for a bit. Mom and I went to Memorial hospital to see my uncle Lee [he has cancer and might not make it much longer] and I met some of my family on my grandpa's side. It was really nice. We left that hospital and went to St. Francis to visit my aunt Connie. She is doing much better. She had surgery in Feb. and her wound never healed and ended up getting infected and they thought she was going to die soon, but she is slowly recovering and we all hope she continues to do so. She looked great. She's lost probably over 80 lbs since Feb. But she is looking better. Then we went back to gma's and Robin and Christy were there. We all ate birthday dinner and cake and mawmaw and Robin opened gifts. We finally got on the road to come home about 9:15. We made it home around 11 and Grant cried the last 45 minutes of our trip. So it seemed to be much longer than it was. Tomorrow: Church lunch. I guess I will be hepling mom and Rod prepare the food. Rod gave me the job of making the corn. He has actually already started to make macaroni salad and other things. I am going to bed now. Goodnight. |
